Application: Ghost Discord Bot
1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting or using the Ghost Discord Bot ("Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
2. Description of Service
The Bot provides conversational and voice-assistant features within Discord servers, including command handling and optional speech processing integrations.
3. Eligibility and Permissions
- You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to add the Bot to a server.
- Server admins are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used in their server.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Bot for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or harmful behavior.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Bot or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the Bot to process or transmit sensitive personal data without consent.
5. Availability and Changes
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Third-Party Services
The Bot may rely on third-party services (e.g., speech-to-text, text-to-speech, hosting, AI providers). Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot owner/operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Bot.
9. Termination
Access to the Bot may be suspended or terminated at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
